同步電動(dòng)機(jī)工作原理

同步電機(jī)在結(jié)構(gòu)上是定子鐵心上嵌放三相對(duì)稱繞組，轉(zhuǎn)子鐵心上裝置直流勵(lì)磁繞組。

主磁場(chǎng)的建立
勵(lì)磁繞組通以直流勵(lì)磁電流，建立極性相間的勵(lì)磁磁場(chǎng)，即建立起主磁場(chǎng)。

載流導(dǎo)體
三相對(duì)稱的電樞繞組充當(dāng)功率繞組，減速箱成為感應(yīng)電勢(shì)或者感應(yīng)電流的載體。

切割運(yùn)動(dòng)
原動(dòng)機(jī)拖動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)(給電機(jī)輸入機(jī)械能)，極性相間的勵(lì)磁磁場(chǎng)隨軸一起旋轉(zhuǎn)并順次切割定子各相繞組。

交變電勢(shì)的產(chǎn)生
由于電樞繞組與主磁場(chǎng)之間的相對(duì)切割運(yùn)動(dòng)，電樞繞組中將會(huì)感應(yīng)出大小和方向按周期性變化的三相對(duì)稱交變電勢(shì)。通過引出線，即可提供交流電源。

Working principle of synchronous motor

In the structure of synchronous motor, three-phase symmetrical winding is embedded on the stator core, and DC excitation winding is installed on the rotor core.

Establishment of main magnetic field
The excitation winding is connected with DC excitation current to establish the excitation magnetic field between polarity phases, that is, to establish the main magnetic field.

Current carrying conductor
The three-phase symmetrical armature winding acts as the power winding, and the reducer becomes the carrier of the induced potential or the induced current.

Cutting movement
The prime mover drives the rotor to rotate (to input mechanical energy to the motor), and the excitation magnetic field between poles rotates with the shaft and cuts the stator windings of each phase in sequence.

Generation of alternating potential
Due to the relative cutting motion between the armature winding and the main magnetic field, the three-phase symmetrical alternating potential with the size and direction changing periodically will be induced in the armature winding. The AC power supply can be provided through the outgoing line.
